Q: Victory Junction

Located in the hills of Randleman, North Carolina, Victory Junction is spread across 84 acres, allowing children to do what they do best - be kids, play, imagine, make friends and enjoy the adventures and experiences of camp life.

Victory Junction was the dream of Adam Petty, a fourth generation race car driver from the famous Petty family and a rising star in the sport. Adam’s passion for racing was equaled only by his compassion for others, especially children. Between races, he often visited children in pediatric hospitals. After his tragic death in a racing accident, Adam’s family and friends came together to realize his dream of a camp to serve children with serious medical conditions. Adam’s vision sprung to life when Victory Junction opened its gates in 2004. 

Q: The Petty Family Foundation

The Petty name is the winningest surname in NASCAR history, but racing success is far from their only legacy.  After a long day behind the wheel, when the sport was a fledgling series, Richard Petty could be seen signing autographs for children who took the time to stand in line.  During a time when a driver’s wife went largely unseen, Lynda Petty was busy helping to start the Women’s Auxiliary of Motorsports, one of the oldest charities in NASCAR.  Without the Petty family it is safe to assume NASCAR would not be quite the sport that it is today. 

Because the Petty name has been synonymous with grace, achievement and philanthropy, the Petty Family Foundation was formed as a way for the entire family to stay involved with their community. Since its inception in 2008, the Petty Family Foundation has been dedicated to unlocking the potential of people and organizations by providing financial support where necessary.  Staying true to the Petty family ideals, the main focus has been on supporting organizations that serve children and soldiers.  However, the foundation also remains instrumental in driving forward positive change in the Piedmont Triad community.

Q: Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America

Twenty-eight years ago, NASCAR driver Kyle Petty combined his passion for helping others with his love of motorcycles to create the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America. One of the most successful and popular charity events in the country, the annual motorcycle trek engages celebrities, Ride sponsors, motorcycle enthusiasts, fans and local communities to raise funds and awareness for Victory Junction. Since 1995, 8,875 riders have logged nearly 12.6 million cumulative motorcycle miles and raised more than $20 million for Victory Junction and other children's charities.


Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

Petty’s Garage offers free shipping on PG branded parts to the contiguous, lower 48 US states, exclusions apply. With the free shipping option, we reserve the right to select the carrier and most efficient method of shipping. Some exclusions may apply for free shipping qualifications. If you are unable to receive shipments with a select carrier, please notify us prior to placing your order. If order does not meet small package shipping requirements applied by common carriers, it will ship LTL carrier.

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm EST, excluding Holidays. Orders received outside of normal shipment hours will be processed on the next business day.

Petty’s Garage custom painted parts and out of stock items may have delayed shipping.

Q: Order and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled by contacting Petty’s Garage at partsinfo@pettys-garage.com or call (336) 498-3745 x6651.
If payment has not been processed, it will be canceled, and no charge will be made against your account.
If payment is processed, you will receive a refund for the canceled items. CANCELLATION FEES MAY APPLY.
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q: Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Petty’s Garage does not meet your expectations, you may return the new, uninstalled part within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The product must be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original manufacturer's box. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY. If you determine that Petty's Garage shipped the incorrect part or part received is defective, please contact Petty's Garage parts department at partsinfo@pettys-garage.com or call (336) 498-3745 x6651 with details about issue with item. We will respond with instructions on how to return item. No items should be shipped back to PG without prior notification. If responsible, Petty’s Garage will cover the return shipping costs for product that was incorrectly shipped, manufactured, or otherwise defective. 

Upon receiving returned package, Petty’s Garage's will inspect returned item to determine condition before issuing refund. If unused, incorrect, or defective, Petty’s Garage will issue a refund back to the payment method used for the original transaction. It may take 24 to 72 hours for the return to be processed and refund issued.

Q: Damaged, Lost, and Stolen Shipments

Shipments that are damaged or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Petty’s Garage.  We must file a claim with the carrier and cannot authorize any replacement shipments, returns or refunds until the claim has been completed. If your package was damaged upon receipt, please keep all packing materials, and send pictures of the damage.

If a package shows delivered but cannot be located at your address, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your property (doors, porches, garages, etc.) and checking with your neighbors. There are instances where packages are delivered to an incorrect address. If the package cannot be located, a claim must be initiated with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. The shipper will trace the package and determine if the package was delivered to the correct address.

Shipments that cannot be located that have been tracked by the carrier and show delivery to the correct address will be deemed as stolen. Packages stolen from a customer’s residence are not the responsibility of Petty’s Garage or the carrier. Theft is a crime, and you may want to contact local law enforcement to file a police report and initiate a claim through your homeowners or renter’s insurance.


FAQ

Q: What if my order is backordered?

Despite our best efforts, some parts may be out of stock. We will generally charge you at the time of the original order and ship the missing item prepaid as soon as possible. Backorders can be canceled at any time, unless already shipped. If backorder is canceled please allow 30 days for refund (corresponding discount price for system or kit components).

Q: Missing Parts

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Missing parts must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. If you find you are missing parts, please call us immediately at (336) 498-3745 x6651
